Pitt County Health Department Seasonal Flu Vaccinations

by Laurie Godwin on October 1, 2009

The Pitt County Health Department is currently taking appointments M-F for seasonal influenza vaccinations.  Both forms of the vaccine (FluMist and shot) are FREE for any child 6 months-18 years.  For adults, the charge is $20 for the shot and $30 for the FluMist.  The Health Department can also provide pneumococcal vaccines for $40. They do not accept the State Health Plan insurance.
